Lunch Break

So. I'm a fan of the Metroid franchise. A huge one. Literally-grew-up-playing-these-games huge. I can spend hours discussing the various gameplay, storytelling, character, and historical elements involved with this series, picking apart themes and decisions and the evolution of the franchise. Mention Other M and I will write essays about how the game fails as both a standalone game and an entry in the franchise with one sole exception, and then I will proceed to write an essay about how cool Anthony Higgs is. Concept art, manga, wikitroid pages, been through it all. 

And with all of this having being said... welcome to the first Metroid fan art I've ever produced.
