Hey, it's this thing again! I bet everyone forgot about it! xD But yeah, I did finish her finally, and also have an update or two.
First off, I GOT MY NEW COMPUTER! It's so amazing.
Second, some news on the Everfree game; as of now I am unsure as to whether or not I will be finished. If it is, it will be a side-scrolling platformer with hand-drawn visuals and animations. The reason I am so unsure is because, while I really want to create it, my time and Gamemaker/gamemaking knowledge is sorely lacking. Unfortunately, only time will tell.
But yeah, Twilight! She's having a bad day. Her friend were all murdered, Spike is missing, the Everfree forest is growing, the princesses are busy and sent her to do stuff.... yeah. Plus her cutie mark is doing a thing. Here, she is walking through the deeper parts of the Everfree, looking for the Element pieces (having already gathered the Generosity and Kindness elements). At this point, her mind is starting to fall apart under the influence of the forest and circumstances.
Man, I need to get better at merging backgrounds and characters. They always look so separate. -_-, Getting better though!

But anyway! I really love this concept of yours and even if you don't get to turning it into a game, I'd certainly love to see more artwork based on it. It's utterly fascinating. The details with her cutie mark and the symbolism of it is great. As always, the mane and tail are down pat and the background is suitably creepy and cool as well.
